R'n'R Holistic Therapies

Introduction to R'n'R Holistic Therapies:

Hello and welcome. My name is Cheryl Cox and I live in Puxton in the South West of England with my husband, two horses, our dog, chickens and two geese.
I have been studying and practicing a range of therapies for over 21 years and I am committed to continued learning.

My Journey

My background before discovering the power of healing through Reiki and complementary therapies was varied, from working with animals to a busy role for a large corporate company liaising with customers and financial advisors meeting their individual needs. I knew that my calling was working with people and animals and so the office would be a stepping stone to my life's purpose. From a small child I found I could communicate with animals seeing and feeling things that at the time I thought was normal.   When I left school I knew I wanted to work with horses, there was a pulling towards them like nothing I could describe. Home life had it's problems for me and the horses carried me through difficult times of growth and understanding.

I work with Angels and Archangels in my healing work.  My spiritual path began when I was a child, although I didn't call it spiritual at the time, more of a ' Knowing,' a feeling of connecting to something larger.

Finding the world to be a challenging place, I would seek solice in nature and later with the horses.  Working on healing myself was when I first encountered the world of spirit, it was a feeling of being home. Over the years I have learned to understand and be guided to be in touch with my higher self (my soul) and my intuition.  This has led me to help many people and animals, offering various treatments and combining my knowledge, wisdom and intuition in to each session.

After years of study and continued courses I now run a very busy practice from Puxton, that I am very passionate about. I consider myself to be positive with a humorous nature, taking my responsibilities very seriously and I am committed to self-development. My aim when using any therapy, whether working with people or animals is to improve their well-being and enhance their ability to cope with the demands made upon them, both in life and the workplace.
