Our bodies are wonderfully complex, and our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing are all closely connected.

Sometimes we may feel tired, stressed, emotionally overwhelmed or simply not quite ourselves, without fully understanding why.

Bio Frequency Scanning offers a different way of exploring your wellbeing, using AO Scan technology to produce personalised frequency-based wellness reports.

These reports provide an opportunity to reflect on different aspects of your wellbeing and consider where additional support, self-care or lifestyle changes may be beneficial.

With over 26 years of experience as a holistic therapist, I combine this technology with my knowledge of complementary therapies to offer a supportive, individual approach.

What Is Bio Frequency Scanning?

Everything around us, including the human body, involves different forms of energy and vibration. AO Scan technology uses a frequency-based approach to generate reports across a wide range of wellness categories. Rather than looking at one area in isolation, it offers a broad overview of physical and emotional wellbeing from a holistic perspective.

I was first introduced to AO Scan technology after working with sound as a complementary healing tool. Having experienced the benefits that sound and relaxation techniques can bring, I was interested in exploring how frequency technology might complement the therapies I already offer.

Today, I use AO Scan as an additional wellness tool alongside my existing holistic practice.

The EZ Scan – Your Starting Point

My £75 EZ Scan session combines three different scans into one personalised wellbeing experience.

It provides an introduction to frequency scanning, allowing us to explore a broad range of wellness categories before deciding whether any particular area would benefit from further exploration.

The EZ Scan combines:

1. Inner Voice Scan – Emotional Wellbeing

Our emotional experiences can influence how we feel physically and mentally. The Inner Voice Scan uses voice-frequency analysis to explore emotional themes and patterns. It offers an opportunity to reflect on emotional wellbeing, stress and areas where greater balance or self-awareness may be helpful.

2. Vitals Scan – General Wellbeing

The Vitals Scan reviews over 500 frequency categories associated with different aspects of wellbeing. These include categories relating to:

• Nutritional wellbeing
• Environmental influences
• Sensitivities
• General physical wellness
• Lifestyle and balance

The resulting report provides a broad frequency-based overview, helping us identify themes that may be worth discussing or exploring further.

3. Comprehensive Scan – A Broader Look at the Body

The Comprehensive Scan explores frequency categories associated with different organs, body systems and aspects of physical wellbeing. It provides another layer of information, allowing us to look at patterns across the report and consider areas that may benefit from additional attention.

Together, these three scans provide a starting point for exploring your wellbeing from several different perspectives.

The frequency findings are not medical measurements or diagnoses, but they can provide a framework for a personalised holistic discussion.

Looking a Little Deeper - Sometimes the initial EZ Scan may highlight a particular theme that you would like to explore in more detail. For example, you may wish to focus on areas associated with digestion, hormonal wellbeing, emotional stress, sleep or the musculoskeletal system.

If appropriate, we can arrange a more focused Comprehensive Scan to explore the relevant frequency categories in greater detail. This allows us to take a gradual, individual approach rather than carrying out extensive scanning unnecessarily.

There is no obligation to book further scanning. We can discuss whether it would be useful based on your interests and wellbeing goals.

I take time to review the information and bring the different elements together, helping you understand the reports without feeling overwhelmed by technical terminology. My aim is to offer supportive guidance that considers you as a whole person.

The Mind–Body Connection - Throughout my years as a holistic therapist, I have become increasingly aware of how closely our emotional and physical wellbeing can be connected. Stress, for example, can influence sleep, digestion, muscle tension and our overall sense of wellbeing. Our experiences, emotions and lifestyle all play a part in how we feel.

I believe that taking time to understand ourselves, recognise patterns and make positive changes can be an important part of supporting our wellbeing.

Bio Frequency Scanning complements this holistic philosophy by offering another opportunity for personal reflection and greater self-awareness.

Appointments & Pricing

EZ Scan – £75 - Includes all three scans, personalised reports, MP3 sound files and my written holistic guidance.

Appointments are carried out remotely, meaning you can access this service from the comfort of your own home, wherever you live. Once your appointment is arranged, I will explain what information is required to complete your scans.

Following your session, I will review your reports and provide a personalised written summary. If further exploration through a focused Comprehensive Scan would be helpful, we can discuss this separately.
